Noah Ndhlovu
Noah Ndhlovu is a strategic public health leader, founder and chairperson of Zamaritan, where he guides mission-driven initiatives focused on volunteerism, research, health, resilience, and equitable access to care. With a track record spanning leadership, disaster response, infectious disease programs, and population health, Noah previously served six years as the statewide HIV program director for the Indiana Department of Health, where he led comprehensive efforts to prevent transmission, expand testing, and improve health outcomes for people living with HIV.
Before that, he was the disaster coordinator for the American Red Cross, coordinating swift, multi-agency responses to emergencies and strengthening community preparedness. He also contributed to Eskenazi Health as a population health consultant, focusing on optimizing care delivery, care coordination, and preventive health strategies within diverse populations.
Noah holds dual master’s degrees in Environmental Health Science and Health Policy & Management from Indiana University. He is a certified life coach and has held numerous leadership roles across various community organizations, where he champions collaboration, mentorship, and sustainable impact. His work blends policy, on-the-ground program delivery, and a deep commitment to health equity.

Fredah Kangwa Muwowo
Fredah Kangwa Muwowo is a dynamic finance leader with over ten years of experience across diverse sectors, including non-profit organisations. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Zambian Institute of Chartered Accountants, she also holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Zambia. Fredah is skilled in financial strategy, financial reporting & analysis, compliance, and business planning, with a proven track record of optimising operational efficiency. She has completed specialised training in non-profit accounting and grant management, enhancing her ability to ensure financial transparency and donor compliance. As Zamaritan's Finance Manager, she leverages her expertise to support sustainable youth development initiatives.

Yotam Mwale
Yotam is a seasoned researcher with over 10 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods. His expertise encompasses social, clinical, environmental, and economic solutions, with a focus on enhancing the health and socio-economic status of vulnerable communities. Academically, Yotam holds a Diploma in Social Work from Evelyn Hone College and a Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies from Cavendish University Zambia. He currently serves as a Research Officer at the Pediatric Centre of Excellence (PCOE), under the Ministry of Health, University Teaching Hospitals, Children's Hospital, where he contributes to the PROMISE-ZERO PMTCT Implementation Study, funded by EDCTP3. Previously, he worked with the University of North Carolina Global Project Zambia (UNC-GPZ) on two clinical research studies over a period of three years. Additionally, he has worked as a data collector/Research assistant/Team lead for various organizations, including USAID Measure Evaluation, JSI Safe, World Vision, Institute of Economic and Social Research, International Labor Organization, Population Council of Zambia, IRED Global, and the National AIDS Council, among others. This experience demonstrates his capacity to collaborate with CSOs and government stakeholders to design and implement impactful programs. Yotam Mwale is a volunteer under the Zamaritan Research Wing.

Kalimbwe Ngombo
Kalimbwe is an accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist, researcher, and community development professional, boasting 11 years of dedicated service. With a strong background in collaborating with government departments, health cooperating partners, and civil society organizations, Kalimbwe has established a reputation for optimizing project efficiency, impact, and sustainability. His expertise has been instrumental in advancing Zambia's development and health agendas, delivering projects that have transformed lives nationwide. Kalimbwe possesses a robust foundation in research and community development methodologies, excelling in monitoring system design, data integrity, and insightful research. He has worked extensively across all 10 provinces in Zambia, conducting field visits, preparing reports, and documenting best practices. Notably, Kalimbwe has served as Quality Control Officer for USAID's Data Quality Assessment of the ZPCT IIB Programme and as a qualitative researcher for the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ) and USAID's Discover Health programme. Additionally, he has provided training and capacity-building support to various community groups and has led community consultations for COVID-19, flood, and drought responses. He is also a volunteer of Zamaritan’s research wing.

Clement R Mumba
My name is Clement R. Mumba Jr., and I am deeply passionate about community welfare. I thrive on volunteer work and continually seek opportunities to expand my experience, collaborate with others, and make a meaningful impact in the places where I live and serve. I value learning from others and believe that teamwork amplifies our ability to effect positive change. Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Zambia and a Master’s in Business Administration from DMI St. Eugene. My education has broadened my perspective, enhanced my communication skills, and helped me better navigate our dynamic world. Beyond academia and volunteering, I am an avid reader who loves traveling and exploring new places. Above all, I am a Christian, and my faith provides me with hope and optimism as I face the future.

Nherera Silas
Nherera Silas, was born on November 8, 1980. Growing up in a humble background, I was instilled with the values of hard work, resilience, and determination. These values have guided me throughout my life and shaped me into the person I am today.I developed a passion for learning and a keen interest in the social sciences while at primary school. I hold a Secondary Teachers Diploma and I have taught in secondary schools for over 12 years. In addition to my teaching career, I pursued further education, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies. I later earned a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies, which further deepened my knowledge and expertise in this field. I have worked as a lecturer at Mulungushi University, Cavendish University, and the Zambian Open University, where I taught courses on development studies, research methods, and economics. In addition to my research and teaching career, I have also worked as an economic and social researcher, providing expertise to organizations and governments on development-related issues. In my free time, I enjoy academic researching, especially on environment and entrepreneurship. I am also an avid soccer fan and enjoy watching matches in my spare time.

Romeo Chayang’a
Romeo is a junior researcher with 5 years of experience in Research. Over the years he has employed both qualitative and quantitative methods in multi sector research, particularly in Health, Education and Agriculture. Mr Chayang’a has worked in multiple research roles, conducting surveys, moderating Focus group discussions, Interviewing Key Informants and leading data collection teams across Zambia. He holds a bachelors degree in social sciences from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing his MBA at the same University. Excellent at data Analysis with a niche in Qualitative data analysis. He currently works as a volunteer for Zamaritan’s research wing and IRED Global Research Consultancy.

Cliff Kabengele
Cliff has over a decade of field experience in both quantitative and qualitative data collection. His academic foundation in Library and Information Studies from the University of Zambia, combined with his current legal training at the Zambian Open University, has strengthened his analytical and ethical approach to research and evidence-based interventions. Professionally, he has served in various capacities including working as library assistant, enumerator, community mobilizer, FGD moderator, trainer of trainers, and team lead. He has successfully collaborated with institutions such as the University of Zambia’s Institute of Economic and Social Research, IPSOS Zambia, The Lusaka Museum (Library) and several others on national-level surveys and impact assessments. Cliff possesses a strong grasp of research ethics which conform with the FHI 360 standards and the University of Zambia Biomedical Research Ethics Committee. Currently, he is working as a Volunteer under the Research wing of Zamaritan.
